Job Title: Product Co-ordinator (Performance Products)
Location: Peterborough (Remote working option, office based 1-2 times per week)

Are you looking for a role to support customers getting the products they need accurately in a timely fashion? As a Product Coordinator at AB Agri, you'll handle customer orders, coordinate deliveries with suppliers and keep customers informed about product availability and lead times.
You'll work with farmers, suppliers and colleagues, supporting the performance products business. These are finished products supplied to farms through consultants. You'll learn how this part of the business works while helping orders move from customer request to delivery.
What you'll do:
- Speak with farmers regularly by phone, including making outgoing calls to find out when they need products.
- Process customer orders and keep the information needed to fulfil them up to date.
- Liaise with suppliers to coordinate deliveries and understand lead times.
- Give customers clear updates on when products can be delivered and explain when their preferred timing isn't possible.
- Help resolve delivery problems, including handling conversations with customers whose orders haven't arrived.
- Work with consultants and internal colleagues to keep customer orders moving.
What you'll bring:
- Confidence picking up the phone, starting conversations and listening to what customers need.
- Clear communication, including a calm, helpful approach when a customer is frustrated.
- Basic computer skills to process orders and manage customer information.
- The ability to organise orders, delivery arrangements and customer updates in a busy environment.
- A willingness to learn about the products and the business.
Experience in customer service or order processing would be useful, but you don't need to have followed a particular career path. An interest in agriculture, farming knowledge or an understanding of ruminant nutrition would also help, but isn't essential.
