Agri-Linc Ltd are currently looking for a Yorkshire based Face-to-Face Agri-Parts and Machinery Field Sales Rep to join their team. Agri-Linc has an exceptional breadth of products and services to take to customers in your area - from our broad range of parts and accessories, to used machinery, new machinery, livestock equipment, and a comprehensive line of forklift attachments. A key activity will be to search out machines that are surplus to requirements/for sale in your area.

If you are to be a successful applicant you will need the following attributes:

  • Industry Knowledge – Essential understanding of the agricultural machinery and parts business. While no-one is expected to know everything, you need to either come from a family farming background, or have at least 5 years’ experience selling Agri Machinery or Parts, preferably with a nucleus of existing customers who already know, like, and trust you.
  • Hungry – You will need to be going up farm drives in your area 4 or 5 days a week. This is not an office job, but one that needs you to get out in front of new and existing customers every day. You must be prepared to go looking for a £50 parts order, not just the £20k+ machine order. You must have a hard-working ethic to thrive at Agri-Linc Ltd.
  • Humble – You will be regarded as a respected and trusted Advisor to your client area/base, and prepared to continue our existing methods that have been proven to work in other areas.
  • Smart – In building on relationships you will also be driven by numbers, targets and minimum standards, delivering productivity and profitability from your area.
  • Team Player – While you will have freedom within a framework, you will need to be a team player, not a lone hero…integration with, and respect for the rest of team will be essential.

Remuneration based on Results – We have a simple salary + commission structure where you have the ability to earn very well, dependent on margin generated by your activities. This is a unique opportunity to join an enthusiastic, young, energetic, and highly knowledgeable team that is committed to delivering industry-leading service, quality products, and an exceptional customer experience. At Agri-Linc, you’ll be part of a forward-thinking organisation that values hard work, continuous improvement, and genuine relationships with our customers.

If you’re driven, motivated, and ready to make a real impact, we’d love to hear from you.
