  • Assist in personal and corporate tax return preparations for the principal and various investment vehicles, philanthropic foundations etc in collaboration with professional tax advisors.
  • Responsible for book‑keeping and preparation of annual statutory accounts for the family office and various investment vehicles and philanthropic foundations that it supports.
  • Dealing with banks and financial institutions in respect of any administrative, KYC and DD matters.
  • Monitor and submit all necessary returns and filings with Companies House and HMRC.
  • Keep up to date with tax and other relevant industry developments that could impact the principal’s personal situation, investment and/or philanthropic structures.
  • Analysing and monitoring the existing portfolio.

  • Experience of maintaining financial analyses is desirable.
  • A good understanding of taxes is desirable.
  • Intellectual curiosity and self‑drive.
