The ethos is to work in synergy with all members of the team so that the Family\’s expectations are met with integrity and a positive can do attitude. The ideal candidate will be a well rounded individual who is approachable, warm and kind, yet professional. Discretion is key to this role. They will be able to offer a high level of service to the family and their friends. They will have the ability to work under pressure and turn their hand to what is required at any given moment. Whilst it is not essential, it would be advantageous for the candidate to have a good knowledge of the French language.

Profile of Candidate

  3. Ability to work efficiently, both independently and as part of a small trusted team
  4. Ability to support the existing Assistants and take instruction
  5. Ability to prioritise tasks and juggle conflicting deadlines

  8. Mature, flexible and thoughtful attitude to work
  9. Good grammar and written English

AdministrativeAssistant Duties

  • Provide a full secretarial service to the Principals
  • Front of House duties (meet and greet/phone/operation of meeting rooms)
  • Take accurate telephone messages and action where applicable
  • Management of diaries
  • Make appointments and travel arrangements when required
  • Errand-running
  • Event organising – small to medium scale
  • Use initiative when dealing with correspondence, especially when Principal is away from Office
  • Prioritise work effectively by virtue of urgency and importance
