Job Description A Single-Family Office is looking for a commercially minded Chief of Staff to oversee and professionalise a growing portfolio of properties across the UK and Europe. Lead the commercialisation of underused assets, driving income from rentals, holiday lets and events. Own budgets and cost control across the portfolio, working closely with the central finance lead on planning, cash flow and spend approvals. Oversee renovations and capex projects, liaising with contractors, suppliers and agencies. Experience in a family office, UHNW household, estate management or similar private environment. Proven background in property / estate oversight and ideally commercialising assets Strong commercial acumen, confident with budgets, P&Ls and challenging costs. Able to push projects through while maintaining excellent relationships.
