A Single Family Office in London is looking to hire a Team Head to oversee the day to day management and supervision of the London’s Family Office and its activities.

Duties and responsibilities: Oversee the family’s UK and European residences operational management & maintenance.

Project manage all capex, special projects, refurbishments and major repairs.

Oversee the service entities operations and supervise the residences’ managers.

Establish service entities and residences annual budgets and monitor them.

Evaluate and refine policies and procedures for all entities and residences.

Supervise individual property managers, evaluate and provide them with needed support.

Oversee and recommend staff payroll, compensations and benefits.

Monitor and ensure timely payment of all property related taxes and regulatory dues.

Develop and supervise periodic maintenance programs.

Establish and monitor safety and security systems for all residences.

Ensure ownership & tax structures’ adherence to controls and protocols.

Qualifications: Technical background, engineering degree is a plus.10+ years of family office (or similar) managerial experience.

Good knowledge of MS office.

Budgeting and basic accounting background.

Excellent interpersonal, communication and leadership skills.
