AgReserves is seeking Harvest Operators to assist in the day-to-day operational duties, which may include operating heavy machinery and general maintenance for the upcoming Harvest 2025.
Responsibilities:
- Telehandler work, grain carting, some cultivations, hedge & grass cutting, and other general work.
- Work well independently on tasks and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Become familiar with irrigation processes.
- Potato work such as carting and harvesting, location dependent (Goole).
- Maintain farm appearance and help preserve the value of equipment, facilities, and assets.
- Follow all safety guidelines to ensure safety of self and team members, and attend all training and meetings to stay updated on procedures and regulations.
Qualifications:
- 18 years old or over
- Full driving license
Desirable Qualifications:
- PA1, PA2, PA4, and Counter Balance qualifications
- Knowledge of Greenstar
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions including heat, cold, rain, and snow
- Ability to physically stand, bend, squat, and lift up to 35 kg
