Technical Project Management Director

PMO Technical Project Lead Coventry, Hybrid As a PMO Technical Project Lead, you will play a key role leading the successful planning, execution, and monitoring of projects within our battery cell manufacturing facility. Your primary responsibility will be the managing the delivery of technical manufacturing projects on our Gigafactory programmes. In this role you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that all project activities are delivered on time, and within scope and budget. You will also be responsible for managing risk, change, reporting and timing for your project of work. Develop and managed detailed schedules for manufacturing projects, incorporating equipment installation, production trials, and factory commissioning. Create budgets for manufacturing projects, including machinery procurement and engineering resources. Manage scope changes during project delivery, assessing change impact on project timelines and budgets and driving clear decisions We will design, develop and manufacture high-quality, high-performance, sustainable batteries for the mobility and energy sectors. The UK business headquarters is in the Midlands and we are currently building a battery manufacturing facility in Bridgwater, Somerset. A bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Supply Chain, or a related field is required.
