Overview
Agratas, Coventry, United Kingdom, is a subsidiary of Tata Sons creating high-quality, high-performance, sustainable batteries for mobility and energy sectors. The UK headquarters are in the Midlands with a new R&D facility in Milton Park near Oxford and a planned large-scale manufacturing facility in Bridgwater, Somerset. The role is based in the Midlands with hybrid responsibilities across Coventry and Oxford, and potential travel to Somerset as needed.
What You’ll Do
- Work with multiple business areas to attract, assess and hire key staff as we grow our R&D and Corporate functions in Coventry and Oxford.
- Deliver high-quality hiring experiences for candidates and hiring communities.
- Become a trusted partner to stakeholders, providing expertise, guidance and support.
- Enable the business to meet high-growth targets.
About You
The Talent Acquisition team delivers high-quality experiences to stakeholders and is involved in the full spectrum of TA, from operational hiring targets to project support and process improvements.
What You’ll Bring
- Strong recruitment experience and a clear understanding of TA best practices.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Willingness to learn a new industry (battery); experience in R&D/Engineering and Advanced Manufacturing is useful.
