Who We Are…
Agratas is a wholly owned subsidiary of Tata Sons. We will design, develop, and manufacture high-quality, high-performance, sustainable batteries for the mobility and energy sectors. The UK business headquarters is in the Midlands and we are currently building the UK\’s largest a battery manufacturing facility in Bridgwater, Somerset. Our first customers are Jaguar Land Rover and Tata Motors.

What You\’ll Do….
Work with multiple business areas to attract, assess and hire key staff as we start to scale up our manufacturing facility in Somerset

  • Deliver high quality hiring experiences for candidates and hiring communities
  • Become a trusted partner to all stakeholders, providing expertise, guidance & support
  • Be a key enabler for the business to meet our high-growth targets

Our Somerset site is due for completion in 2027 so this role will focus on the early industrialisation roles as we ramp up for start of production. The role will be hybrid with occasional travel to our HQ in Coventry. We are expecting to have an office in Somerset late this year, but predominantly working from home until then.

Every member of the team has a huge impact on the future direction of Agratas and is involved in the full spectrum of TA, from delivering our operational hiring targets to project support & process improvements.

  • Strong recruitment experience and a clear understanding of TA best practices.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills & ability to communicate effectively with a huge range of stakeholders
  • Willingness to learn a new industry, although an appreciation of Engineering & Advanced Manufacturing would be a useful starting point.
  • Ability to adapt to changing circumstances, timelines & priorities while retaining focus on the big picture
