Agratas is seeking a Projects Co-ordinator to support the development of large-scale manufacturing infrastructure for battery cells manufacturing, as well as other future projects.

As Projects Co-ordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the development of large-scale manufacturing infrastructure for battery cells manufacturing, as well as other future projects ranging from R&D to offices. Reporting into the Project Management team, you will be a part of the Capital Projects team who are accountable for implementing the building and infrastructure programmes required to support Agratas’ ambitious plans.

The key activities within this role include:

  • Day-to-day coordination of small and large scale capital projects, including monitoring project schedules, meeting minutes, and milestones.
  • Support the management team to keep track of project expenses, report on financials, and ensure adherence to project budgets.
  • Work with contractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure materials and services are delivered on time and meet project specifications.
  • Maintain and update project documentation, including schedules, progress reports, and contracts.
  • Manage and maintain the project document storage system, ensuring accurate organisation, version control, security, and accessibility of all project documentation.
