What you'll do… As a Change Management Specialist, you will play a key role in managing and driving engineering, manufacturing and business change across our growing organisation. Working closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, PMO and Operations teams, you will ensure changes are assessed, governed, planned and implemented effectively. You will own the change process from initiation through to implementation, helping to minimise risk while supporting product development, industrialisation and manufacturing operations. This is an excellent opportunity for an engineer looking to broaden their exposure across multiple functions and play a key role in supporting large-scale manufacturing programmes. Key Duties
