We’re looking for a proactive Project Coordinator to support a range of HR projects and initiatives. In this role, you’ll help plan, document, and communicate key activities across HR, ensuring smooth delivery of projects such as policy rollouts, engagement programmes, and compliance updates.

A core part of the position is the consistent use of PMO tools and processes — including project plans, risk and change logs, reporting templates, scheduling tools, and governance routines — helping to drive structured project delivery across the HR function.

A general understanding of HR processes (recruitment, onboarding, performance, compliance) is beneficial. This role plays an important part in improving HR operational efficiency by ensuring timely project execution, maintaining accurate documentation, and supporting high‑quality delivery that positively impacts the employee experience.
