AGR are working closely with our Aberdeen-based client to recruit Drilling Supervisors (Day witness assembly of tree cap) pressure test. Work Experience:
- Considerable experience in a senior drilling operations role and of jack-up and semi-submersible operations
Technical skills/Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in an engineering/technology/science discipline
- Fully certified by a recognised Well Control Authority e.g. IWCF, WELLCAP
- Offshore medical, survival and MIST certification
- Highly focused on HSE performance with exemplary attitude and behaviours
- Experience of leading well operations/engineering teams – onshore and offshore
- Experience of running complex subsea completions and trees
- Sound commercial awareness/Project financing/cost control principles
- Proven relationship-builder – internally and externally
- Highly developed communication skills
- Proven ability to build and maintain effective working relationships within an operationally-focused environment
