The Role

We’re hiring a Social Media Content Producer to significantly increase the volume and consistency of Agora’s content across TikTok and Instagram.

This is a hands‑on, execution‑first role. You’ll work closely with the team to plan, shoot, edit, and publish content. Some days you’ll be behind the camera. Other days, in front of it. Comfort in both is essential.

This role is about making great content and shipping it consistently.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Shoot and create social‑first content for TikTok and Instagram, primarily on‑site at events
  • Edit and package short‑form content quickly, native to each platform
  • Attend Agora events regularly to capture real moments, energy, and behind‑the‑scenes footage
  • Ensure content is posted consistently and on schedule
  • Coordinate UGC end‑to‑end: sourcing creators, briefing them, collecting assets, and publishing
  • Support light analytics and reporting to spot patterns and improve performance
  • Develop repeatable content formats and actually execute them
  • Create simple brand assets (covers, stories, graphics) using tools like Canva
  • Stay close to trends and iterate quickly based on what’s working

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience creating content for TikTok and Instagram (brand, agency, or personal)
  • Strong understanding of what performs on short‑form platforms
  • Proven ability to ship consistently, not just plan
  • Comfortable shooting and appearing on camera when needed
  • Experience with consumer brands, ideally apps or experience‑led products
  • Confident capturing content in public and live environments
  • Based in London and available to work in person
