The Transformation Manager plays a key role in driving strategic and operational initiatives that enable the delivery of scalable, patient-centred services. Working closely with teams across Product, Clinical, Operations, and Technology, this person ensures alignment, accountability, and execution against company OKRs and strategic priorities.

What you will be doing:-
- Contribute to the successful delivery of strategic initiatives by supporting all phases of the project lifecycle — from initial strategy and planning through to execution and implementation.
- Design, implement, and manage strategic project plans to keep senior leadership informed on critical business initiatives, collaborating with key stakeholders to define scope and establish target outcomes.
- Plan and lead workshops and working groups to gather stakeholder feedback, driving ongoing process improvement and optimization.
- Collaborate with business leads or work independently to design effective solutions—operational or technical—that address identified requirements.
What we are looking for:-
You will have prior consulting experience (2+ years), ideally within change and transformation and will ideally have exposure to working in a start-up or scale up environment.
- Hands-On Execution – A bias for action; willing to dive into the details to ensure strategy translates into real-world results.
- Program & Change Leadership – Strong ability to structure, manage, and deliver cross-functional initiatives with clear milestones, change management, and measurable outcomes.
- Stakeholder Management – Proven ability to work effectively across diverse teams, including clinical, technical, operational, and external partners.
- Tech-Enabled Service Delivery – Experience collaborating with Product and Technology teams to align service design and delivery with evolving platforms.
- Operational Mindset – Deep understanding of day-to-day operations and how to streamline, scale, or optimise them for efficiency and impact.
- Data-Led Decision Making – Comfortable using OKRs, KPIs, and data insights to inform decisions and measure performance.
- Communication & Influence – Clear, confident communicator able to align stakeholders, build consensus, and drive momentum.
- Healthcare Sector Insight (preferred, not required)
