Strategy & Operations Manager-HealthTech

Location: London

We’ve partnered with one of Europe’s fastest-growing HealthTech companies to find a Head of Strategy and Operations. In this high-impact role, you’ll work closely with the SLT to drive key strategic initiatives, shaping the company’s growth and operational excellence.

You’ll collaborate across teams and engage with multiple stakeholders, taking full ownership of mission-critical projects from day one. This is an opportunity to make a significant impact in a rapidly scaling business, with high levels of responsibility and visibility at the leadership level.

What you'll be doing:

  • You will play a key role in driving operational excellence across the business spotting bottlenecks and driving efficiencies throughout the company.
  • You will Project Manage ad-hoc projects taking charge from inception through to final delivery.
  • You will use data to help discover insights that will feed into business strategy.
  • You will continuously assess the operational and financial impact of initiatives, leveraging insights to enhance strategies over time.

What we are looking for:

  • You have 3+ years of experience at a top-tier consulting firm or in a strategic, operational, or growth-focused role within a relevant industry, such as Healthcare or Wellness.
  • You possess a data-driven mindset, with proven experience in building financial models to drive decision-making.
  • As a versatile generalist, you're comfortable zooming out to shape high-level strategy while also dive into the details to solve complex, hands-on challenges.
