Strategy Manager – Growth-Focused Entrepreneur Location: London, King’s Cross (Hybrid, up to 2 days remote) Salary: £60k-£90k About the Role: This is a unique opportunity to work directly with a highly successful UK entrepreneur and investor, supporting their mission to grow mid-sized businesses. The role offers unparalleled exposure to high-growth ventures, investment strategy, and founder networks. What You’ll Do: Lead and support strategic growth projects, M&A mapping, and market expansion. Prepare briefs and insights for key meetings with investors, founders, and entrepreneurs. Drive execution on partnerships, market entry, and business development initiatives. Ideal Profile: 18-24 months experience at a top-tier strategy consultancy (Bain, McKinsey, BCG ) with a strong focus on consumer, retail, marketplace and business services. Strong analytical skills, commercial intuition, and excellent communication (especially PowerPoint storytelling). Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to transition into operational leadership. Evidence of prior entrepreneurial endeavours are key. Experience in market analysis, investment strategy, and financial modelling (desirable).
