We have partnered with a rapidly growing and award winning consumer HealthTech who are looking to hire a Senior Operations Analyst to work closely with the Operations Director and the wider SLT.
As Senior Strategy & Ops Analyst, you will have the opportunity to lead key functions that will drive the growth of the business.
What you\’ll be doing:-
- Process Improvement: Drive strategic enhancements across the business to unlock new opportunities, boost efficiency, lower costs, and optimise supply chain operations.
- Solving Complex Challenges: Tackle wide-ranging operational issues typical of a high-growth environment—work that requires agility, creative problem-solving, and a fresh perspective. It’s a chance to gain experiences you won’t find in more traditional settings.
- Expansion & Growth Initiatives: Lead the launch and operational execution of new, high-potential business verticals. Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure strong performance, hit key milestones, and continuously refine delivery.

- Experience in e-commerce or consumer goods would be highly beneficial.
