We’re looking for an exceptional generalist to join a high-growth D2C business in a flexible, high-impact role working directly across the company. This is not a fixed-lane job. The role involves working closely with senior leadership on high-priority initiatives across the business. One week you might be improving internal processes or implementing new tools; the next you could be supporting retention or e-commerce initiatives, testing growth ideas, or exploring how AI can unlock new efficiencies or capabilities.

What you’ll do:
- Lead and execute special projects across multiple functions
- Support growth initiatives across retention, e-commerce, and commercial strategy
- Identify and implement ways to use AI and automation to improve speed, output, and decision-making
- Explore creative applications of AI (content, testing, scaling output)
- Improve internal processes and help the company stay lean and efficient
- Bring structure, clarity, and momentum to ambiguous, high-priority problems
