We’re partnering with a fast-growing UK health technology company that is transforming how large healthcare organisations manage workforce scheduling and operational delivery. Following significant growth within the hospital sector, they are hiring a Project & Implementation Manager to lead enterprise software rollouts across major healthcare organisations. This is a highly visible role focused on delivering complex implementations and driving long-term user adoption while building trusted stakeholder relationships from operational teams through to executive leadership.

What you'll be doing:

  • You’ll own end-to-end implementation delivery across multiple enterprise customers, acting as the key point of contact throughout mobilisation, go-live and adoption phases.
  • Leading large-scale SaaS implementations within complex operational environments.
  • Driving measurable platform adoption and engagement.
  • Managing senior stakeholder relationships across clinical and operational teams.
  • Running governance forums, steering groups and implementation workstreams.
  • Delivering training, onboarding and change management activity.
  • Identifying adoption risks and proactively resolving blockers.
  • Partnering closely with product and delivery teams to improve customer outcomes.
