An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Senior Performance Marketing Manager to lead paid media strategy and execution across a portfolio of ecommerce and lifestyle brands. This is a hands‑on, client‑facing role suited to someone with strong expertise in Meta and Google advertising, who is confident leading campaign performance, mentoring junior team members, and driving growth through data‑led decision making. The successful candidate will work closely with senior leadership, paid media specialists, and web/email teams to deliver high‑performing digital campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end paid media campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google platforms (Search, Shopping, Performance Max)
- Oversee campaign strategy, optimisation and performance across multiple client accounts
- Provide guidance and support to junior paid media specialists
- Develop and implement creative testing strategies to improve campaign performance
- Monitor and optimise ecommerce product feeds across advertising channels
- Build and maintain client performance dashboards and reporting frameworks
- Support forecasting, budget allocation and channel strategy planning
- Collaborate with CRM, ecommerce and web development teams to ensure full‑funnel alignment
- Lead client strategy meetings and performance reviews
- Stay up to date with platform updates, industry trends and emerging opportunities
Requirements
- 3–5 years’ experience in paid media, either agency‑side or in‑house ecommerce/DTC
- Proven experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns
- Previous experience mentoring or managing junior team members
- Strong understanding of ecommerce performance metrics including CPA, ROAS, MER and LTV
- Experience managing advertising budgets across multiple accounts
- Proficiency in Google Ads
- Google Analytics 4
- Meta Business Suite
- Experience with ecommerce platforms such as Shopify
- Ability to build and analyse performance dashboards (e.g. Looker Studio)
- Experience working with fashion, beauty or lifestyle brands
- Exposure to TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat or Bing advertising platforms
- Familiarity with feed management tools and data connectors
- CRM/email marketing platform experience (e.g. Klaviyo)
- Meta and/or Google certifications
