Senior Finance Systems Manager [NetSuite] | High-Growth SaaS Platform
London (hybrid, 3 days)

Take the reins and be the finance systems lead in a PE-backed SaaS business that has expanded rapidly, been acquisitive in that journey and now needs a techno-functional NetSuite finance specialist to make them more integrated, as they scale towards IPO!
Finance runs on a stack of connected systems here: multiple entities, multiple currencies, integrations running in every direction, and a systems roadmap waiting for someone to grab a hold of it. This role will do just that.
You'd be the No.1 role in Finance Systems, partnering with accounting, strategic finance and engineering.
High impact and high profile role. And you’d see real tangible benefit from your work as the group continues it’s rapid expansion on the journey towards IPO.
It's 3 days a week in a London office. Equity sits on top of the salary, along with 25 days holiday plus banks, private medical cover, 20 work-from-anywhere days and chance to be part of a great team.
What you'll do
- NetSuite - primary administrator and functional lead. Configuration, SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, saved searches, release management, plus the integrations either side. You'd also drive the clean-up agenda across AR/AP, GL and the close.
- The wider stack - own the systems roadmap. Evaluate new tools (including AI), run vendor negotiations, retire the legacy processes nobody has got to.
- Controls and audit - IT general controls under the SOX programme, access reviews and segregation of duties, and you'd be the first point of contact for the Big 4 auditors on systems and data questions.
What you'll need
- Extensive finance systems experience and proven background as a NetSuite administrator or functional lead within a large organisation (listed or PE-backed would be beneficial)
- Genuine business partner – bridging the gap between finance, tech and the SLT agenda
- Hands-on configuration - workflows, custom records, SuiteScript, saved searches
- Proven history of integration projects you've run yourself, from requirements through to go-live
- Enough command of the close, AR/AP and consolidation to hold your own with controllers and auditors
- SOX ITGC experience, or equivalent audit-facing compliance work

They’ve grown by acquisition as well as organically, which is the reason this role exists - more than one systems estate, no single owner. Controls maturity is being built now as they continue to expand towards their plans of an IPO.
