Senior Finance Business Partner: Supply Chain | Global Consumer Group
London (Hybrid)
You’ll partner directly with the COO, SVP Supply Chain and SVP Sourcing. Three of the most senior operational leaders in the business.
Your brief: own the financial narrative across inventory and sourcing and use it to shape what the business does next. You’re the commercial finance lead for those functions.
It’s a newly created role, which means you’ve got the scope to shape ways of working, processes and drive positive change across the business - real ownership from day one.

What you’ll do
Inventory management and insight
Own finance-led inventory analysis that drives commercial and operational action. Work with Merchandise Planners to build a regular rhythm of stock reviews, analyse fabric liabilities and turn insight into concrete recommendations.
Supply chain and sourcing cost management
Build a cost-to-serve view across warehouse and fulfilment. Benchmark 3PL vs. in-house costs, run COO-level people cost reporting and own the budget and forecast submission for supply chain functions and margin.
Sourcing finance
Partner with global sourcing leadership on manufacturing decisions, change reporting and margin impact. Own executive-level consolidated product cost reporting across regions.
Team leadership
Line manage at least one team member and build genuine analytical capability in the team.
What you’ll need
- Fully qualified (CIMA, ACA or ACCA), 5+ years post-qualification
- Background in supply chain finance, operations finance or FP&A in a product-led consumer or retail business
- Working knowledge of inventory management, cost-to-serve analysis and sourcing cost structures
