Be the commercial finance lead for a key geographic region. You’d be influencing decision making and be a true finance business partner to senior leadership across the region.
You'd step into a role where Finance sits inside the commercial leadership team, owning the financial narrative for an entire region. The company has deliberately repositioned these roles at a higher level of seniority over the last 18 months. It's a genuine step up.
The Finance Director you'd report to is known for developing the people around him and is someone we introduced to the organisation. He gives real autonomy and puts you inside commercial decisions and EMEA-level conversations. That kind of access shapes where your career goes from here.
You'd also be working across a portfolio of globally recognised sports, outdoor and lifestyle brands for one of their key regions.
What you'd get to work on
- Own the commercial finance story, from in-year performance to medium-term planning
- Build customer profitability P&Ls and run promotion ROI analysis
- Model pricing decisions and commercial trade-offs across the region
- Partner with merchandising and supply chain on stock and working capital
What you'll need
- Qualified (CIMA, ACCA or ACA)
- Commercial finance or FP&A background in consumer, retail or branded goods
- Able to hold senior commercial conversations and influence decisions
