We’re partnering with an internationally recognised streetwear brand to find a Collection Merchandiser who can sit at the heart of product, data, and design.
The Opportunity
You’ll take ownership of the seasonal collection architecture and building ranges that balance brand vision with commercial performance.
From first concept to final production, you’ll work cross-functionally with Design, Buying, Production, and Retail teams, ensuring every product decision is backed by both creative instinct and data insight.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Building and defining seasonal range plans across categories and price points
- Using historical data, sell-through, and market trends to inform decisions
- Partnering with Design to translate ideas into commercially viable products
- Working with Buying to define assortment, depth, and pricing strategy
- Monitoring in-season performance and optimising trade in real time
- Identifying bestsellers, risks, and opportunities to shape future collections
- Ensuring the right product lands in the right place at the right time
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in a head office merchandising role (fashion/streetwear preferred)
- Strong commercial mindset with a deep understanding of consumer behaviour
- Highly analytical and comfortable owning and interpreting trading data
- A sharp product eye and instinct for trends
- Confident working across both creative and commercial teams
- Advanced Excel skills; experience with merchandising systems is a plus
