Growth Marketing Lead-D2C Start-up London
This is an exciting opportunity which will see the successful candidate oversee all growth channels, with full responsibility for both performance and budget management.

Create and implement data-driven strategies to drive customer acquisition through various digital channels, including paid media, organic growth, influencer collaborations, and referral programs.
Optimise campaigns across all growth channels, including paid social, search, SEO, affiliate marketing, and partnerships.
Foster a culture of experimentation and testing in order to identify new growth opportunities.
Regularly using a host of analytical tools to measure and report performance Vs target.
Work closely with the wider brand and marketing teams to ensure campaign alignment across all channels.

You need to have a minimum 5+ years in a growth role within either a D2C or an ecommerce brand.
You are obsessed with data and reporting and are used to using a host of tools such as Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics and Looker Studio. Exposure to and familiarity with SQL would be a plus.
You are happy with and excel in leading high performing teams.
