We are partnering with one of the UK's fastest-growing Health Tech businesses to find their next Retention and Growth Lead. Full commercial ownership of subscriber lifetime, with real autonomy from day one.

WHY THIS ROLE?

A global health tech scale‑up that has taken serious share in a stagnant multi‑billion pound industry by pairing strong product engineering with data‑led performance marketing. They’re growing fast and retention is now the lever that matters most.

WHAT'S THE OPPORTUNITY?

For the first 3–6 months you'll own subscription optimisation, churn mitigation, and the ARR growth framework outright. From there the remit widens – CRM lifecycle architecture, closer integration with product development, and cross‑channel acquisition strategy. You'll be building the structures out, a great chance for visibility within a fast‑growing business.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

  • Design and lead the test‑and‑learn framework that reduces cohort churn and grows global ARR
  • Dig beneath vanity metrics to find the real drivers of retention, loyalty, and repeat purchase
  • Oversee the website optimisation and email/SMS teams to lift post‑purchase retention and subscriber yield
  • Partner with product development, feeding retention data and customer insight into upcoming product and refill launches
  • Build seasonal and BAU commercial campaigns aimed at re‑acquisition and lifetime value

WHO YOU ARE

  • 5+ years hands‑on retention and growth experience in a physical product DTC business, ideally from health, wellness, or consumer tech – where data rigour beats pure brand play
  • Fluent in the Shopify ecosystem, subscription engines (Loop, Recharge, Skio), and CRM/lifecycle suites (Klaviyo, Braze, Lifetimely)
  • You understand the economic interplay between acquisition cost and true, non‑vanity LTV
  • Strong academic background
  • Self‑directed. You are a self‑starter who is also a team player and gets things done.

Diversity & Inclusion

We're committed to building a diverse and inclusive environment where every voice is heard. We welcome applications from individuals of all backgrounds, experiences, and identities – high‑performing teams thrive on different perspectives.
