This is a key leadership role, responsible for driving end-to-end commercial performance, customer growth, and brand strength.

The Opportunity

You will own the commercial engine across customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth, building the strategy to take the business through its next phase of expansion. Working closely with the CEO and leadership team, you will play a central role in shaping the next phase of the business - combining strategic thinking with hands‑on execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the overall commercial and growth strategy
  • Scale customer acquisition across paid, organic, and partnership channels
  • Lead brand and marketing strategy, ensuring clear positioning and consistency
  • Build and optimise customer lifecycle, CRM, and retention strategies
  • Drive commercial planning, including pricing, forecasting, and promotional strategy

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience within a consumer DTC brand, ideally in a fast-moving, commercially focused environment
  • Proven track record of scaling a business from -£10M to £50M+ (or beyond)
  • Background in a high-growth SME / scale‑up environment
  • Deep expertise across performance marketing, brand, and CRM/lifecycle
  • Strong understanding of unit economics (LTV, CAC, contribution margin)
  • Commercially driven with a bias for action and execution
  • Comfortable operating at both strategic and hands‑on levels

Why This Role

  • Opportunity to join a high-growth, founder‑led business at a pivotal stage
  • Significant ownership and influence over the commercial direction
