A fast-growing, premium direct-to-consumer brand is hiring a Global Head of Sales to lead its next phase of international expansion. This is a senior, high-impact role with full ownership of global revenue, customer acquisition and sales performance across Europe and North America. You’ll build and lead an international sales organisation, shaping how a premium brand sells directly to consumers at scale. This role is also ideal for an exceptional Global Sales Manager who is ready to step up into their first true global leadership position.
Responsibilities
- Own and deliver global revenue targets across multiple international markets
- Lead and scale a high-performing D2C sales organisation
- Build and execute international go-to-market and growth strategies
- Partner with Marketing, Product and Customer Experience to optimise the end-to-end customer journey
- Drive forecasting, pipeline management and conversion performance
- Develop partnerships and new sales channels that expand customer reach
