Are you looking for a broad, impactful FP&A role in a Listed, International Retail Group? This is a standāout opportunity within one of the fastestāgrowing Retailers in the world; primarily due to the breadth and exposure you'll get. The Group Finance team is lean; so you'll have exposure across all key FP&A processes; produce insight for the board; and will also support key group projects such as reāfinancing and ERP implementation projects.
Reporting into the Head of Group FP&A, you'll have direct access to the Board, Investor Relations, Group Reporting team and senior stakeholders across the OpCos.
You will...
- Support the Group's financial planning and forecast processes:
- coordinating and communicating group timetables across the operating companies
- preparing the annual longāterm 5āyear business planning model (including scenario modelling), the yearly budgeting process and the quarterly reāforecasting cycle
- consolidating submissions from operating companies to ensure budgets and forecasts for the Group are consistent, challenged, and robust
- producing 5YP, budget and forecasting packs for the CFO, CEO and Group Board
About you...
- Qualified ACA, CIMA, ACCA (or equivalent)
- Previous experience on a top tier graduate scheme working in a fastāpaced, diverse environment at a world class business, followed by some strong PQE experience (c. 3+ years PQE).
- Strong financial analysis and modelling skills
- Excellent academics from a top university
