An early-stage Venture Capital Investment firm is seeking to build exposure to technology-led solutions that enable more efficient, circular economic systems. The platform backs innovations that reduce waste, improve resource efficiency, and support closed-loop models across global markets. The platform deploys long-term, flexible capital and combines elements of venture investing with strategic, operational insight. It primarily invests at Seed to Series A, with the ability to follow on at later stages, and takes a global outlook.
The platform is hiring an entrepreneurial, self-directed early-career investment professional to join as a Financial Analyst. This individual will play a central role in internal finance operations while supporting investment execution and portfolio management across a range of early-stage opportunities. This is a broad, hands-on role within a lean investment team, offering exposure across the full investment lifecycle — from analysis and diligence through to portfolio reporting and internal decision-making.
Responsibilities- Building and reviewing financial models, including P&L forecasts, valuations, and returns analysis
- Supporting due diligence processes and transaction structuring
- Managing portfolio reporting and tracking company performance
- Preparing high-quality materials for internal investment discussions
- Supporting sourcing activity, market research, and competitive landscape analysis
- Contributing to investment theses and internal thought leadership
- 2–4 years' experience in either corporate finance, investment banking, private equity, consulting, venture capital, or a related field
- Strong financial modelling and analytical capability
- Clear, confident written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail, adaptable, and comfortable working across priorities
- Strong academic background with an undergraduate degree from a leading institution
- Fluency in English
- Interest in sustainability, circular economy themes, or impact-led investing is beneficial
Location: Hybrid role with regular in-person collaboration expected. Right to work in the UK required.
Compensation: Competitive and commensurate with experience.
