Chief of Staff-HealthTech London £They’re looking for a highly strategic and operationally strong Chief of Staff / General Manager type operator to work directly alongside the CEO and leadership team. This is not a “PMO” style Chief of Staff role. The business needs someone who can operate as a genuine extension of the founder — helping drive execution, improve operational rigour, align teams, and accelerate commercial growth across the organisation. Ideal for someone who enjoys building structure without creating bureaucracy. Helping prepare the company for Series A readiness and scale • Supporting commercial and GTM initiatives alongside day-to-day operations • Acting as a trusted partner to the CEO, investors, and senior stakeholders Strategic operations / GM / Chief of Staff environments ✅ Importantly, this role has genuine progression potential into a UK GM position within the next 9–12 months, so the business is looking for someone with real executive gravitas and leadership capability — not somebody overly junior.
