This is a high-impact Commercial Analyst role sitting at the heart of the business, acting as the insight engine across DTC, marketplaces. You won’t just report on performance—you’ll translate data into clear commercial actions that drive revenue, margin, and better decision-making across the organisation.
Working closely with senior stakeholders across Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, and Marketing, you’ll play a key role in improving pricing, forecasting, inventory management, and trading performance.
- Own multi-channel performance analysis, delivering actionable insight across DTC, marketplaces and wholesale.
- Translate trading data into pricing, promotional and stock decisions.
- Drive range and category performance analysis, identifying winners, risks, and optimisation opportunities.
- Build and refine demand forecasts and scenario models to improve planning accuracy.
- Analyse pricing, promotions and margin, identifying leakage and growth opportunities.
- Provide market and competitor intelligence to support commercial strategy.
4–8+ years in commercial, trading or merchandising analytics. Advanced Excel + experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.). Be part of a high-growth, PE-backed transformation journey.
