This is a genuine development role, ideal for someone early in their career who wants to sit at the intersection of data, marketing and commercial decision-making, with a clear pathway into a more senior growth or analytics position over time.

The opportunity: The business has built a strong direct-to-consumer engine across multiple international markets and is now focused on sharpening performance through better data, insight and execution. • Supporting experimentation across acquisition, CRO and lifecycle initiatives
  • Helping shape dashboards and reporting frameworks as the business scales
  • Supporting campaign launches with tracking set‑up, QA and post‑launch analysis

  • Strong analytical curiosity and comfort working with numbers and dashboards
  • High attention to detail and care around data accuracy and definitions
  • Clear communicator who can explain insight simply and confidently
  • Organised, proactive and comfortable juggling multiple priorities
  • Someone who looks beyond reporting and actively seeks opportunities to improve performance
