Investment Analyst

We're working with an ambitious corporate venture team based in London that’s looking to add an Investment Analyst to its growing function. The team backs high-growth businesses across wellness, sustainability, and digital technology. With a mandate to deploy a significant fund globally over the next few years, they play a hands-on role from sourcing and investing to supporting portfolio growth and successful exits.

The role will include:

• Supporting deal origination through research, ecosystem networking, and maintaining a live pipeline of opportunities.
• Conducting commercial, financial, and technical due diligence on target companies.
• Building investment cases and presenting to senior stakeholders.
• Developing financial models and assessing valuation, funding needs, and deal structures.
• Supporting portfolio companies with strategic and operational input.
• Helping drive strategic partnerships between the fund and external/internal stakeholders.
• Identifying and supporting exit opportunities.

You might be a good fit if you have:

• 1–3 years’ experience in venture capital, investment banking, consulting, or corporate strategy.
• A strong interest in innovation across consumer, health, or sustainability sectors.
• A solid grasp of financial modelling and venture deal mechanics.
• Strong analytical skills and a collaborative approach.
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment.
