A rare chance to take total commercial ownership of DTC at a category-leading health brand. Our client is an established, UK-founded health business with over a decade of clinical credibility and a strong presence across major retailers. Their Direct-to-Consumer channel is currently running well below its potential which means the person who steps into this role has genuine open runway and the freedom to make a visible impact fast. With a global rebrand on the horizon and ambitious growth targets ahead, they're looking for a hands-on growth marketer to own DTC end-to-end and drive its next phase. This is a high-autonomy role for someone who wants real ownership of the number - not a seat managing one channel among many.

What you'll do:

  • Take end-to-end commercial ownership of the Shopify storefront - user journeys, site performance, conversion funnels.
  • Drive CRO through continuous A/B testing, landing page development, and checkout optimisation to lift conversion and AOV.
  • Scale acquisition and retention across Meta, Search, and Klaviyo lifecycle flows - growing LTV, lowering CAC.
  • Lead the digital rollout of a two-market website rebrand — UX migration, tracking, brand positioning.
  • Manage external agencies and keep every digital channel aligned.
  • Own the metrics — MER, CAC, ROAS, LTV, contribution margin — and turn insight into fast execution.

What you'll bring:

  • 3–7+ years scaling a Shopify / Shopify Plus store in consumer goods, wellness, beauty, personal care, or health.
  • Deep analytical instinct, you live in GA4, Triple Whale, Klaviyo, and Shopify reports, and you care about net profit, not just top-line revenue.
  • A scrappy, execution-first mindset - you get under the hood, build fast, and test faster.
  • Experience setting targets for and holding external agencies accountable.
  • Comfort with high autonomy in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.

Why this role:

  • Total ownership of a DTC channel with significant untapped upside.
  • Equity in a growing, clinically credible brand.
  • Fully remote, with the autonomy to shape how you work.
  • A pivotal seat during a major rebrand and growth push.

Our client is committed to building an inclusive, diverse team that reflects the communities they serve. Applications are warmly welcomed from people of all backgrounds, ethnicities, gender identities, sexual orientations, ages, and abilities. If you need any reasonable adjustments during the process, just let us know.
