We’re partnering with a high-growth, venture-backed consumer brand operating at the intersection of technology, content, and family-focused products. The business has scaled rapidly across international markets and is now looking for a Head of eCommerce to own and accelerate global digital revenue performance.

The Role

This is a commercially driven leadership role with full ownership of the digital P&L, responsible for driving revenue growth, profitability, and customer lifetime value across all eCommerce channels. You will lead trading strategy, optimise performance across the funnel, and build a high-performing team in a fast-paced, scaling environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and deliver the eCommerce P&L, balancing growth and profitability
  • Lead weekly/monthly trading cadence, forecasting and performance analysis
  • Define pricing, discounting, bundling and promotional strategy
  • Drive improvements in conversion rate, AOV, and retention
  • Optimise the end-to-end customer journey (UX, checkout, merchandising)
  • Partner with Marketing to improve paid media, SEO, CRM, and social commerce
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Tech, Supply Chain & CX
  • Use data (cohort analysis, attribution, unit economics) to inform decisions
  • Build and lead a high-performing eCommerce/trading team
  • Develop and execute a scalable commerce roadmap (web & app)

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven leadership experience in eCommerce / DTC environments
  • Strong commercial ownership of online revenue and trading performance
  • Deep experience with platforms like Shopify (essential)
  • Strong analytical capability (GA, testing, performance modelling)
  • Experience scaling conversion, LTV, and retention
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing & omnichannel commerce
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with Product & Tech teams
  • Experience in high-growth / scale-up environments preferred
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
