There is a real opportunity to add value quickly - improving visibility around marketing effectiveness, building stronger budgeting and forecasting processes, and helping stakeholders better understand performance by channel, category and spend.

What will you be doing?

  • Supporting budgeting, forecasting and reforecasting across marketing and wider commercial areas
  • Improving weekly and monthly reporting to give greater clarity on performance and accountability
  • Analysing channel, category and partnership profitability to support better decision-making
  • Owning and developing insight around marketing ROI, customer trends and spend effectiveness
  • Supporting trading analysis across revenue, margin and mix
  • Partnering merchandising teams on sales modelling and commercial insight
  • Providing analysis and commentary to support board-level and investor discussions
  • Challenging assumptions, identifying opportunities and helping drive more informed decisions
  • Supporting wider commercial projects and ad hoc analysis as the business continues to scale

  • Retail experience essential, ideally with exposure to online / omnichannel environments
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and performance metrics
  • Experience across budgeting, forecasting, reporting and commercial analysis
  • A self-starter who is comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Someone commercially aware, pragmatic and confident working through ambiguity
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to explain the story behind the numbers clearly
  • Able to build credibility across finance and non-finance stakeholders
  • Experience in a high-growth, entrepreneurial or PE-backed business helpful
