We’ve partnered with one of Europe’s fastest-growing HealthTech companies to find a Senior Strategy and Operations Manager. In this high-impact role, you’ll work closely with the GM of one of their biggest categories that is growing 100% YoY.
You will spearhead cross-functional projects across pricing, product innovation, commercial strategy, and partnerships — all aimed at enhancing the patient experience. This role suits someone who is relentlessly customer-focused, data-savvy, and excited to help build a market-leading solution in Healthcare.
What you’ll be doing:
- Tackle complex strategic challenges by breaking down issues to their core and developing innovative, high-impact solutions across the patient care journey — from initial patient acquisition to long-term engagement and retention.
- Customer-centric mindset: Continuously listen to and learn from patients to understand their experiences, concerns, and goals. You’ll ensure their voices shape every category-focused initiative.
- Lead product and feature development: Work alongside product, clinical, and technology teams to identify and implement improvements that respond to patient input and achieve measurable results.
- Execute with precision: Navigate both strategic planning and hands-on execution — from crafting the category vision to managing detailed implementation plans.

What we are looking for:
- You have 8+ years of experience at a top-tier consulting firm or in a strategic, operational, or growth-focused role within a relevant industry, such as Healthcare, Consumer or Digital business.
- You will need to show prior experience in launching or scaling customer-facing initiatives.
- You possess a data-driven mindset, with proven experience in building financial models to drive decision-making.
- As a versatile generalist, you’re comfortable zooming out to shape high-level strategy while also diving into the details to solve complex, hands-on challenges.
- Robust commercial expertise – you’re skilled in pricing strategy, financial analysis, and establishing key performance indicators.
