We’re partnering with a high-growth, founder-led fashion & lifestyle brand as they enter a key phase of international expansion. This is a pivotal, Director-level hire, reporting directly to the CEO and sitting on the senior leadership team, with full ownership of the global merchandising strategy.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Leading merchandising at both a strategic and hands‑on level
- Driving international expansion, adapting ranges across key European markets
- Working closely with product teams to shape a globally relevant assortment
- Bringing structure, pace, and clarity to a fast‑moving, scaling environment
- Acting as a key bridge between product, planning, and commercial functions
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has built and scaled merchandising functions from the ground up, not just operated within established structures
- Brings experience within a high-growth fashion or lifestyle brand, ideally in a founder-led environment
- Has exposure to international markets (EU essential)
- Is comfortable navigating ambiguity, pace, and evolving ways of working
- Is already operating at Director level, with credibility at C‑suite / founder level
