Location: London (Hybrid - 3/4 days in-office )

Package: Up to £50,000 Base Salary + EMI Equity Share Scheme

About the Opportunity

A rapidly scaling, B Corp certified direct-to-consumer travel and lifestyle brand is looking for a commercially sharp Ecommerce Manager to lead the day-to-day trading and digital performance of their store. Operating in a vibrant London office, this business combines premium product design with a strong purpose-driven ethos. Reporting directly to the Head of Digital, you will be the commercial engine behind the website, turning digital traffic into maximum revenue through merchandising, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and strategic promotional execution on Shopify. If you thrive in a fast-paced, high-ownership scale-up environment, this is your opportunity to directly drive commercial growth while holding an equity stake in the business.

Why Join?

  • Commercial Ownership: Take direct control of the digital storefront, site merchandising, and trading rhythm rather than just managing tasks.
  • High-Impact CRO: Lead end-to-end site optimization, A/B testing, and user journey mapping with full support from in-house developers and analysts.
  • True Upside & Purpose: Join a certified B Corp that balances profit with planet, offering EMI share options so you share in the financial success as the brand scales.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead the daily site trading rhythm on Shopify, spotting sales opportunities and keeping the storefront commercially sharp.
  • Elevate product merchandising across key landing pages and grow Average Order Value (AOV) through strategic cross-sell and upsell tactics.
  • Own the end-to-end CRO testing program—identifying user friction points, running tests, and optimizing conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with data analysts to translate Shopify and GA4 performance data into clear commercial actions.
  • Partner with internal brand teams to bring campaign launches and promotional events to life on-site.
  • Brief UX/UI improvements to web developers, align stock availability with operations, and oversee SEO and Amazon marketplace agencies.

What We’re Looking For

  • 2–3+ years of hands-on experience trading a direct-to-consumer e-commerce site (Shopify experience strongly preferred).
  • A naturally commercial mindset centered around revenue metrics, conversion rates (CVR), and AOV expansion.
  • Hands‑on experience leading CRO initiatives, running on‑site tests, and analyzing GA4 user data.
  • Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented individual who thrives in a nimble, high‑velocity business.

What’s Included

  • Up to £50,000 Base Salary
  • EMI Equity Share Options
  • Generous Benefits Package (Private Healthcare, Gym Allowance, Puppy Leave)
  • 28 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays
  • Flexible Hybrid Working

Diversity, Equity & Inclusion

We are an equal opportunity employer committed to fostering an inclusive work environment where everyone can thrive, regardless of race, gender, identity, disability, age, or background.
