The business is deeply committed to ethical practices and slow fashion principles, embedding these values into everything they do. With strong momentum and increasing demand, they are now looking to expand their close-knit team with someone who shares their vision and can bring both experience and initiative during this exciting stage of growth.

The opportunity

We are searching for a highly organised and analytical Ecommerce Coordinator to join our client’s team and help optimise the performance and efficiency of their online store and digital operations. This role is pivotal to ensuring product data, trading activity, and site functionality run smoothly as the business continues to scale.

Working closely with senior team members, you will oversee the day-to-day running of the website, support commercial launches, maintain accurate product information, and deliver a seamless, high-performing customer experience. This is an ideal role for someone with ecommerce trading experience who enjoys working with data, processes, and platforms—and takes pride in precision and performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the Shopify store, including product uploads, categorisation, tagging, bundling, pricing, and weekly merchandising updates across categories, homepage, and navigation to meet trading objectives.
  • Coordinate seasonal launches, promotional campaigns, and on-site messaging in line with the ecommerce calendar.
  • Liaise with Production and Merchandising to ensure products go live on time with accurate SKUs, variants, descriptions, and assets that align with brand tone and customer expectations.
  • Maintain product accuracy and consistency across all listings, conducting regular site audits to optimise the customer journey and resolve issues quickly.
  • Monitor key site metrics such as conversion, bounce rate, AOV, and revenue, providing weekly and monthly performance insights.
  • Analyse product, category, and on-site performance to inform commercial decisions, CRO testing, and site improvements.
  • Conduct competitor benchmarking to identify opportunities for enhanced site layout, product positioning, and promotional strategy.

  • Proficient in Shopify or other ecommerce platforms.
  • Strong Excel skills and confident handling and interpreting product and performance data.
  • Excellent attention to detail with a structured and methodical approach to work.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally to deliver against multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Commercially aware and results-oriented, with a keen understanding of online customer behaviour.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Shopify reporting, or Looker Studio is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a bonus but not required.
