An investor-backed portfolio of digitally-native fashion brands is looking to appoint a Group Corporate Finance & Development Manager to support its next phase of growth. Since launching in 2021, the Group has scaled rapidly through a combination of acquisition, international expansion, and omnichannel growth. Today, the business generates c. £40m revenue and £4m EBITDA across a portfolio of premium lifestyle and retail brands sold through DTC, marketplaces, wholesale partnerships, and international retail channels.

This is an exceptional opportunity for an ambitious Corporate Finance professional looking to step out of advisory and into a commercially focused operating environment with genuine exposure to acquisitions, strategic growth, fundraising, and exit preparation.

Location: Cornwall (4 days onsite) Salary: £60,000 + benefits

What you’ll be doing...

  • Partnering closely with the Group MD and senior leadership team on strategic growth initiatives
  • Leading acquisition evaluation, financial modelling, due diligence, and integration activity
  • Identifying and developing new revenue channels and commercial partnerships
  • Supporting fundraising, investor reporting, and exit preparation activities
  • Working with Brand MDs to drive business planning, performance analysis, and strategic decision-making

What we’re looking for...

  • 5 years’ experience within Corporate Finance, Transaction Services, Deals Advisory, or M&A
  • ACA qualified (or equivalent) with strong financial modelling capability
  • Commercially minded, ambitious, and comfortable operating in a lean, fast-paced environment
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Consumer, retail, ecommerce, or multi-brand experience advantageous but not essential
