We’re supporting a well-known international consumer brand in hiring a Commercial Manager. This role will be instrumental in shaping the growth of their fast-expanding delivery channel, already a nine-figure revenue stream, and represents a unique chance to blend commercial strategy, marketing, and operations in one high-impact position.

The Commercial Manager will be the central link between delivery platforms, internal teams, and the wider business — ensuring partnerships are optimised, promotions deliver results, and long-term growth plans are in place.
What you’ll be doing
- Partner Growth – Build strong, collaborative relationships with leading delivery platforms; negotiate terms; and secure opportunities to stand out on partner apps.
- Commercial Planning – Create annual promotional plans and campaign calendars, ensuring investment drives customer acquisition and repeat spend.
- Insight & Analysis – Monitor performance, interrogate data, and present recommendations to maximise profit and efficiency.
- Cross-Team Collaboration – Work with operations, finance, brand, and technology colleagues to resolve challenges, launch new initiatives, and continually improve customer experience.
- Strategic Impact – Contribute to longer-term growth projects, supporting leadership with scenario modelling and investment cases.
What we’re looking for
- Solid commercial experience in partnerships, category, or trade marketing — ideally in consumer, retail, foodservice, or tech.
