Greater London (Hybrid, 1 Day) Shape brand strategy and influence P&L decisions for some of the UKâs most recognisable consumer products. Youâll work directly with senior brand, commercial and supply chain teams - so youâre operationally facing and not stuck behind a spreadsheet. This is your chance to step up into a high-impact finance partnership role with real commercial visibility. And with hybrid working (just one day a week in the office), youâll have the flexibility to fit work around your life as well as the other way around. Thereâs also a performance-related bonus, private medical and dental cover, plus gym membership - all paid for.
What youâll do
- Your time will split across two key areas:
- Brand performance & forecasting - Youâll own the monthly brand performance commercial finance review - volumes, revenue, margin - and present a clear view to senior stakeholders. Youâll spot short-term trading noise (promotions, timing effects) and flag the structural issues that need action (pricing, product mix, brand health).
- Innovation & activity business cases - Youâll evaluate new product launches, format changes and customerâspecific initiatives. This could be a new flavour, an exclusive pack for a major retailer, or a size variant. You'll be the go to person for clear âworth it / not worth itâ recommendations, helping shape what hits the shelves. Over time, the focus will shift towards more strategic work - identifying portfolio gaps, category opportunities and where brand investment should land.
What youâll need
- Fully qualified with a recognised accounting body
- Commercial finance and brand financial management experience in a mediumâtoâlarge tangible product business
