We’re working with a fast-growing, internationally scaling consumer brand who are hiring a Supply Chain Lead to take full ownership of their global supply chain operations. This is a senior, hands-on role with genuine ownership. You’ll be responsible for demand planning, production coordination, international freight, and 3PL management across multiple regions. As the business continues to scale, you’ll play a key role in building the systems, processes, and foundations required to support sustainable growth.
This role blends strategic thinking with execution and is well suited to someone who enjoys solving complex supply chain challenges in a high-growth environment.
What you’ll do:
- Own the end-to-end supply chain from forecasting through to final delivery across multiple regions.
- Lead demand planning and translate forecasts into production, purchasing, and logistics plans.
- Manage international freight and global 3PL partners, holding them accountable to SLAs.
- Monitor and optimise core supply chain KPIs including availability, inventory health, service levels, and cost.
- Identify and mitigate risks, delays, and operational bottlenecks.
- Support product launches, promotions, and peak trading periods with robust supply planning.
- Improve reporting, systems, and processes to increase scalability and visibility.
- Contribute to long-term supply chain strategy and future team growth.
What we’re looking for:
- 4+ years’ experience in supply chain within consumer goods or eCommerce.
- Hands-on experience managing international production, freight, and 3PLs.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, scaling environment with real accountability.
- Commercially aware, data-driven, and solutions-focused.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- ERP or supply chain systems experience is highly advantageous.
- Exposure to multi-region, multi-channel supply chains is a plus.
