We have partnered with one of the UK's fastest-growing premium consumer brands as they continue to scale across D2C and retail channels. As part of their continued growth, they are looking to hire a Senior Supply Chain Associate to play a key role in building and optimising a best-in-class supply chain function.
Working closely with senior leadership, you'll take ownership of critical operational processes, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and help deliver an exceptional customer experience as the business enters its next phase of growth.
- Optimising inventory performance: Monitor inventory levels, forecast demand and work closely with manufacturing and supplier partners to maintain strong product availability while balancing stock efficiency across multiple channels.
- Lead the day-to-day operational management: Ensure orders are processed accurately and efficiently while developing scalable processes to support continued channel growth.
- Partner with internal teams and external suppliers: Bring new products and packaging enhancements to market, managing timelines, quality standards and operational readiness from concept through to launch.
- Improving supply chain efficiency: Deliver cross-functional projects by collaborating with teams across commercial, finance, product and operations to execute business-critical initiatives, solve operational challenges and support the delivery of long-term growth objectives.
3–5 years' experience within supply chain, operations, inventory planning or logistics in a high-growth consumer business. Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities. Excellent communication skills, with experience building relationships across suppliers and internal stakeholders. Motivated by ownership, continuous improvement and the opportunity to grow alongside an ambitious business.
