Product Engineer-AI & Automation London (Hybrid) £We’re partnering with a high-growth consumer brand to hire their first AI Automation Lead — a pivotal role focused on scaling the business to £50M+ ARR without proportional headcount growth . This is a rare opportunity to build an AI-first operating system inside a real, revenue-generating business — not a sandbox. You’ll work directly with senior leadership to identify, build, and deploy automation across the business — from supply chain to retail operations. Design and implement end-to-end automation workflows across ops, supply chain, and B2B retail Build agent-based systems to replace manual processes Standardise and own the company-wide AI tooling stack Run workshops to identify high-impact use cases across teams Drive adoption and training for non-technical users Continuously improve and maintain workflows (not just ship and leave) B2B retail operations (order management, replenishment, reporting) Supply chain & procurement workflows Internal productivity and automation tooling Proven experience building real automation that replaces human work High velocity: you ship quickly and iterate Exposure to supply chain, logistics, or back-office systems Experience building interoperable tool ecosystems
