We are working with a well-known multinational retailer who are looking to hire a Head of Strategy to work closely with the Leadership team.
As the Head of Strategy, you will play a vital role in shaping and driving the strategic direction across core areas of the organization with a particular focus on fashion and apparel. You will work closely with business leaders to solve key challenges, lead high-impact and complex initiatives, and support transformational growth.
You will lead strategic reviews end-to-end, supported by Strategy Managers. This includes identifying and prioritising opportunities, diagnosing problems, generating actionable solutions, and driving timely implementation. Propel the pace of transformation by addressing roadblocks and stepping in where needed to ensure progress.
Shape the broader strategic vision for the next phase of the organisation's growth and transformation. Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders, offering thoughtful, constructive challenges and strategic insights.
A proven track record (circa 10+ years) of designing and leading strategy projects, preferably gained within a top tier consulting firm with industry experience on top of this. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, supported by a solid foundation in analytics. Relevant expertise or industry experience in areas such as fashion, retail, or digital transformation.
